Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Can I collect my order rather than it being delivered through the mail?
No, orders can only be delivered through the mail.
Do you offer free samples?
No. Never. But we offer small sample quantities of all our products at a reasonable price, which will allow you to do testing.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
No, we currently do not offer gift vouchers.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are sent in plain packaging without any reference as to Head Shop Online. There is a small return address label and a p.o. box address, this is all. We are required when sending to some countries, to fill in a customs form. In this case the contents is usually listed as incense or craft supplies.
Why haven't I received any email confirmation or receipt?
This is usually because an invalid email address has been supplied to us. If using a web mail service such as Hotmail make sure you have not reached your space quota for messages.
When can I expect to receive my order?
It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 7 days of despatch for European destinations, and within 7 to 12 days of despatch for the rest of the world.
Are my package insured?
If you'd like to insure your package, please let us know.
Will my personal details be kept safe and confidential?
Yes. We value our customers and pride ourselves on offering a discreet service. We delete all credit card details as soon as we have processed your order, unless you have specifically asked us to keep them on file. We may keep some basic customer infomation on file however this information will never be shared with third parties.
What is the difference between Registered Post and Standard Post?
Registered post is insured, can be tracked, and must be signed for. This is a safer method.
Do the products really work?
We do not sell products that do not work. If a product gets bad customer reviews, it is bounced from our warehouse shelves and thrown in the trash, bounced from Head Shop Online forever! All of our products which we currently feature have been sold to many customers worldwide!
Can I pay in US Dolars, Euro, Rubles?
All orders are processed in British Pounds at the exchange rate on the day. You can use the currency convertor on the site to show the prices in your currency, but there may be a small price difference when your order is processed. If you order without using the currency convertor, you will still be charged the British Pound equivalent in your local currency.
